Northern Heat Sauna Sessions (ALL DAY)
Step into a uniquely Northern Michigan spa experience during the LWC Well-Being Summit. Tucked into the peaceful setting behind Mountain Flowers Lodge, Northern Heat Sauna Rentals will be offering private sauna sessions throughout the day in their beautifully crafted wood-fired 6-person barrel sauna, paired with an invigorating cold plunge tank for contrast therapy.
This mobile sauna experience brings the tradition of Nordic heat bathing to the heart of The Homestead—creating a cozy, rejuvenating sanctuary where you and your group can unwind, reset, and reconnect with your body.
Whether you’re looking to melt away stress, energize your nervous system with hot-cold therapy, or simply enjoy a quiet moment of warmth and stillness in nature, these sessions provide a restorative escape during the summit.
Each session is 30 minutes and offers a private, intimate experience for up to six participants. We have 12 spaces for each time-slot. First come first served. Reservation required by April 30.
Sessions take place in the parking lot behind Mountain Flowers Lodge. A 15-minute reset between sessions ensures the space is refreshed and ready for the next group.
