Join us for a grounding Bayview Trail Hike led by Martin Kimpston of the Leelanau Ruck Club on Sunday, May 3 at 12:30 PM departing from Mountain Flowers Lodge at The Homestead—an opportunity to move, breathe, and connect with nature and community during the Well-Being Summit.
Everyone that finishes will get a Leelanau Ruck Club patch.
This guided hike invites participants to experience mindful movement outdoors, offering space for conversation, presence, and fresh Lake Michigan air. Whether you’re new to rucking or a seasoned hiker, this experience is welcoming, accessible, and rooted in connection.
